Hi there! I am so happy you are here! I would love to get to know you.

My name is Kari and I am a wife, mom, and coach who loves cute coffee shops, jumping in the ocean, and growing into the truest form of the woman God created me to be. 

I spent almost 15 years in the financial industry leading teams of over 30 people. I went through extensive training in coaching, leading, and managing people. I worked with people to empower them to reach their potential personally, professionally and financially. 

I felt called to start Free & True because it is where my passions, gifts and experience all intersect. My clients describe me as inspiring, motivating, positive and fun. 

I love helping people understand themselves more, helping them see how God uniquely designed them and coaching them to live a life that feels FREE and TRUE to who they are.
